Molly Pacheco is a multidisciplinary creative director, filmmaker, and visual storyteller exploring the intersection of culture, emotion, technology, and human connection.

Through Molecula and Love Letters to the World, her work spans cinematic documentaries, immersive campaigns, experiential storytelling, photography, and emerging media. Her projects are rooted in humanity — capturing the people, places, and communities shaping culture while exploring new ways stories can move across film, digital media, live experiences, and evolving technologies.

Before transitioning into storytelling full-time, Molly worked in finance at Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo, an experience that continues to shape her systems thinking, strategic approach, and ability to bridge creativity with execution.

Her work is guided by a belief that storytelling is not confined to a single medium. It lives through image, sound, memory, movement, community, and shared experience.

Based between San Francisco and New York.
